The nearest beach, Assimaki, is only a few steps away and it’s sandy and shallow, perfect for children of any age. Also, at a distance of 100-300 meters, there are several beautiful bays with sandy beaches for secluded bathing. Between the beach and the complex, there is no roadway, you can go directly from the complex to the beach.

Near the house, there is a bakery, a minimarket, and several restaurants. For shopping and evening walks, we recommend the nearby port town of Lavrio, only 4 km from the complex. In Lavrion you can find large supermarkets, a Jumbo children’s shop, a meat, bakery, vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, and local markets on Thursdays. There are many traditional tavernas with seafood, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Also, from Lavrio, you can visit by ferry the islands of Kea or Kitnos.
