The house is located in a large green area of a gated complex of cottages, which has direct access to a long sandy beach. The cottage is adjacent to other houses.

The lively center of the popular tourist village Pefkohori, filled with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, taverns, a children’s playground, and a mini fun park, is just 2 kilometers away.
