The thermal waters of Thermae Sylla emerge from a depth of approximately 2,500–3,000 meters, at temperatures reaching 75–85°C, and are naturally rich in mineral salts and trace elements.

• Indoor pool with 100% thermal water (32–34°C)

All pools are continuously renewed, and water is fully replaced every night after cleaning.

Healthy Mediterranean Nutrition

Meals within the programme are prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients rich in vitamins that support natural detoxification. Dishes are boiled, steamed, or grilled, following traditional Greek home-style recipes, and prepared with pure extra virgin olive oil from the hotel’s own farm.

The hotel is located in the town of Loutra Edipsos, on the island of Evia.
The distance from Athens International Airport is approximately 185 km, and the journey takes around 3 hours, either by car via the Halkida Bridge, or by car followed by a ferry from Arkitsa to Edipsos.
